Someone needs to write an ACOTAR future fic where it’s Starfall, and suddenly there are no stars falling in the sky. Everyone is disappointed but it’s still a holiday so they continue on with the party.
Rhys and Feyre, who’s heavily pregnant, go to the top balcony at the House of Wind for some alone time when—
One star falls through the sky. Just one.
The party goes silent.
Not wanting it to end, Rhys uses his powers to slow the star’s fall, making the descent of the final star last until it disappears from sight.
This is when I knew that Aelin is herself again.

One of the soldiers tripped, the others whipping their heads to them.

I absolutely adore Aelin’s story! I started reading this series in August and it grew very dear to me over the last few months. It was a wonderful time and it really hurt to say goodbye to this world and the characters when I finished Kingdom of Ash
This is absolutely breathtaking
