I think, the thing a lot of endos don't get is that they do harm people

All of them

From the misinformation that causes systems to deny their trauma and avoid medical help when they need it, to the forceful separation of identity and personality that many singlets start doing to "become an endogenic/willogenic system", to also then the harassment and the ableism

The whole community is harmful, the posts they make, the way they identify, what they say and how they act. The way they treat actual systems and singlets is horrifying and harmful, but they don't get that

They don't understand that harassment can be genuinely traumatizing, especially when you're targeting an already traumatized and disabled minor. They don't understand that telling people to die, telling people they're bad and wrong and horrible, can and will affect that person

And they certainly don't understand the fact that disorders do affect people, and making them deny having that disorder, or making them try to force themselves to have that disorder, will only hurt them in the end

Well, either that or they do understand but they just don't care. They want to hurt people. Anyone who doesn't agree with them deserves to suffer in their eyes (see; Sophieinwonderland and more)

So I saw this pin recently and I got curious because of the comment section. THIS IS A SUPPORT DISCORD FOR PEOPLE WITH DID, OSDD OR P-DID. THE REASON WHY IT ISN'T ENDO FRIENDLY IS BECAUSE IT'S A DISORDERED SPACE.

You don't need to come to the comment section asking why non-disordered people cannot be in disordered spaces. And look, I don't wish anyone who is those screenshots to be harassed or anything. But please, do not enter in disordered spaces if you guys claim to not have a disorder.

This is not about the "resources or proof" anymore. It's about ONE boundary. ONE RULE. You are not going to show up in an (for example) autism support group if you don't have autism. And I don't want to compare systems with autism, what I'm trying to say is about how you don't need to be seen in every space where you don't belong in.

If someone is doing something terrible, harassing them won’t change their mind. If someone is confused or wrong about something, harassing them won’t help them learn productively. If someone’s accidentally doing something bad, harassing them telling them they’re evil will only make them want to run to anyone who will be nice to them, even if it hurts them more.

(Also what the hell is neutral harassment that feels like the kind of thing you can only be on one side or the other for?)

Reading passages on websites like Dark Personalities, Astraea’s Web, and the more recent links on your SoulBonding post always ends up hammering in the fact that wow— these people hated us.

Maybe “hated” isn’t the right word in all contexts, but language used to describe pwCDDs on these websites are, more often than not, extremely ableist and downright horrendous. I can’t even count how many times I’ve stumbled across a passage that described pwDID as being whiny traumatized babies who can’t hold a job or be “normal”, or describing us as secretly evil and helpless to “murderer alters”. Like??

Auuahghh everytime an endo says “we don’t have hate group origins” I cringe because of all this shit that’s fully archived and waiting to be read

This was honestly one of the more uncomfortable parts of researching these histories.

Whether or not "hate" is the right word, there's no denying that those archived communities spoke about people with CDDs in ways that would be considered incredibly ableist today. The amount of rhetoric portraying trauma survivors as dysfunctional, dangerous, manipulative, or incapable of living normal lives is hard to miss once you start reading through the archives. That's why I also find "there were never any hateful origins" to be such a strange claim. The historical material is still available. Anyone can go read it. The existence of more respectful members doesn't erase the fact that anti-DID rhetoric was a visible part of some of these communities and their history.

I sometimes see pro-endos go, "Well, I know about the origins, but I wouldn't call them a hate group because (really stupid reason here)!" You don't have to call something a hate group to acknowledge that repeatedly portraying people with DID as unstable, helpless, incapable of living normal lives, "whiny traumatized babies," secretly violent, or therapist-brainwashed is ableist. Those are stereotypes directed at a disabled population—a marginalized group, mind you!

You should be anti-endo because regardless of “endogenics” are “real” or “fake” they ruined my preception of DID with their mumbo jumbo made-up terminology of DID – which caused me to grow up linking my own experiences to their larping, resulting my mental health and wellbeing at the ages 13-15 to go down the drain when all I needed was an actual support group of geniune and honest CDD havers when I didn’t have anyone else to run to in my life. The creator of the app plural star, TheHanyou, has used AI in the development of the app, and harassed me over a negative review, and accused me of discrimination for being against AI

Not only is AI incredibly harmful, but the harassment over a review is incredibly immature.

The app itself (which I have used, despite them claiming the opposite) absolutely sucks. It's full of glitches and problems, it's unresponsive, and even if it wasn't, it would still be made with AI and automatically disgusting

The first screenshot comes from the "about this app" section on Google play store. It is hidden unless you expand it. You can check for yourself (unless they edit the description).

also a note: i have multiple accounts. the account I used for the review (made from phone) isn't the same one on my tablet, which is where I had the app to try it out. Perhaps they saw that the account I used for the review wasn't one that used the app? I'm not sure if that's a thing.

I don't take much offense from being called an ugly person, out of all things, but I ask you to report the review if you want, and the app.
