he jumped at the voice, then relaxing one he realized it was just a gem, friendly at the sounds of it too.
“Hello!” He peeped, giving his signature giant grin

“Me too!!” he peeped, “you’re kinda small for an alexandrite? no offense!”
Am I? I've never met a non fusion Alexandrite to compare heights with...
“Just a bit! i think your size is fine, though!” traveling among his thoughts for a moment, he came in inconclusion with a question.

*Zoo was walking along the beach looking at the ground, searching, his head was bedazzled with tons of different flowers and his arms were full of rocks and seashells*
Pinkst took a second to admire his vast collection, it made him want to start a rock collection.

He walks a bit more then finds... A seal, resting in shallow water. It seems to be sunbathing.
Pinkst eyes fly wide, a seal!! what was it doing all the way out here?
he had a quick string of thoughts where him and this seal become best friends. eventually landing on how approaching a wild animal would be a bad idea, he just tugged out his phone and took a picture.
It hears the sound of the phone taking the picture, and opens its eyes to look over at him. It scoots out of the water and ... Turns into a Steven? This Steven has a brown and grey outfit, and is holding his seal-skin coat close. He smiles hesitantly, then speaks. "Hello.."
He freezes, embarrassment spiking the colors on his face to a soft red. A Selkie! the red quickly faded and was replaced with peaking interest, a steven selkie, at that! he shoved his phone back in his pocket and waved.
“Hello! are you a selkie..?”

Steven was outside the beach house, waving off gems as they left, he smiled and sat down on the stairs for a minute, looking up at the big blue sky and sighed.
Pinkst eventually arrived at the beach house, surprise spiking sudden interest as he peeked at another steven chilling on the stairs- Oh right! he’d completely forgotten how he’d gone to another universe to see if their ice cream was any different..!
