Been watching Dan and Phil for years. I never really shipped them but even I can't escape the feeling that now they've confirmed their relationship, the world is going to become a better place.

To the people that are concerned that the show will pivot to more video-centric because of the maps and minis, from watching shows like Dimension 20 and having played RPGs myself, those kinds of props are generally only used for battle scenes. It helps the players and the DM know where everyone is placed during fights and makes things easier for everyone when it comes to things like figuring out how far you are from each other/who you're fighting.

Obviously, I can't say for sure how they're going to make use of it and if that will affect the listener experience, but I don't think they're going to rely heavily on them. And the cast does visual bits anyway, even without being in the same place, so I assume it will be more of the same.

Overall, it's always more fun to play RPGs in person than it is online cause it's easier to riff off of each other and take cues from each other. It also keeps the game flowing more smoothly when you're all in the same place, and from the few jrweeks we've had so far, we know they become even more deranged when they're in the same space, so I'm super looking forward to it lmao

Anyway, hope this helps people that are concerned about the changes!

wait what the hell I just went through the entire riptide redraw project and all the pages are so beautiful??? I was tearing up looking at the amazing art and all these incredible creatives coming together

if you haven't looked at the website yet, please do!! there's so many adorable little doodles in the margins of the pages, you're doing yourself a disservice if you're only looking at the art posted on tumblr or twitter! there's so much gold in the pages, thank you to the wonderful team that put this all together and blessing us with some incredibly quality art

Don't mind me just sobbing in my room at the end of judgement I cannot overstate how much I loved this campaign and I'm so sad it's over, I love each and every one of these characters and I don't think Condi could have run a more perfect campaign if he tried

Replaying bg3 with two people that have never played before and one of them killed Astarion as soon as he tried to bite them this play through is going incredible

A little late to the party but I'm doing Artfight this year! This is my first time participating, so I don't know how things will go, but I'm looking forward to drawing peoples' OCs! I only have a few OCs of my own, but in all honesty, I'm here to get some more drawing practice in and push myself with character designs.
