Staying ahead of the Communication Curve in the New Year!

When your sales force spans continents and generations as many do to be effective leaders we need to communicate through multiple platforms. Most importantly, we need to be able to reach them in ways they preferred to be reached; whether it’s through video, social media, email, phone calls, newsletters, Skype, etc.  

Let’s face it…are millennials going to sit down and read through a newsletter? Probably not. We have made a sizable investment in video and it has proved one of the most engaging. The video above explains why.
