Without naming your job, tell me something you say over and over again at work.
"I can note your interest in that feature for future development."
Everyone except me is wrong about The Character

how it genuinely feels
I wish more people knew about Stephen Sondheim's The Frogs, one of his first musicals which was initially performed in a college swimming pool (so the titular frogs could leap out of the water and all) and which Nathan Lane convinced him to polish up and publish later in life. It's a really fun play that could use more attention. So, some of my favorite selections from it:
The song where Heracles gives Dionysus fashion advice
One of the jauntiest songs about the afterlife ever penned
One of the two Stephen Sondheim songs that always plays in my head when I have to take a long trip, the other being "Into the Woods" from the play of the same name. I don't know why people say Sondheim doesn't write catchy songs, he's got some real fucking earworms.
The opening number, which combines the "alright let's have some fucking fun here gang" tone of "Comedy Tonight" from A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum with a "for the love of god silence your fucking cellphones" announcement.
The titular song about the titular frogs, who, unfortunately, are Republicans.
An entire song of backhanded compliments about George Bernard Shaw.
Finally, a genuinely beautiful and heart-rending song going over the love story of Dionysus and Ariadne.
Sitcom, Comedy, Parody, Adventure, Musical, FantasyA musical comedy adventure featuring a knight on a quest for love who helps a childish ki

Spin the wheel. That's who's trying to kill you.
Spin the wheel again. That’s who’s trying to protect you.
(If you have zero idea about a name you got, spin until you see someone you recognize.)
Are you safe?
Absolutely not. I'm dead. 100% dead.
I might stay alive, but it'll be a really close thing.
I'll take some hits, for certain, but I should be okay in the end.
A few attacks might get through, but nothing concerning.
The attacker might be able to get in one lucky hit. If that.
I am the opposite of worried. I'm 100% safe.
…Look. I've tried picturing this. But I honestly don't know how to answer.
(I've run this poll twice before, expanding it significantly for the second run. With about a year passed since that second run, I thought it was time to add another couple hundred names to the list and have another go.)

A strange genie appears and has an offer for you. You’ll be cured of all, you’ll have a stable job you’re happy with, and you’ll basically just live the best life you can imagine. However, there’s a catch—you’ll have to relive one specific grade level from middle or high school (the genie is American).
Which would you pick?
6th grade
7th grade
8th grade
9th/freshman year
10th/sophomore year
11th/junior year
12th/senior year
