it’s draining how i think my life is doing well for a few months, then one thing. one small fucking thing sets me off back into a depressive episode. why am i like this

sorry for disappearing dolls :( life has been… a lot. i went away for a bit with my bf (yes he complained the entire time about how “walking is inefficient” but still did it anyway sooo) and it was actually really nice. like properly nice. felt like one of those little fantasy breaks where nothing is real and you can just exist for a second without everything being loud and messy.

BUT tell me why i ran into someone i dropped months ago. like actually dropped. gone. removed. and she had the audacity to come up to me all sweet like “oh hi how are you!! how’s you and your boyfriend!!” ??? hello???? 😭 it felt so fake i could literally feel it in my bones and don’t even get me started this girl had a SIXTH SENSE for me. i am not exaggerating when i say everywhere i went she was THERE. beach? there. little café? there. walking past shops? THERE. like please let me have my delusional holiday life in peace i don’t wanna see people from real life it ruins the illusion !!!

anyway i’m back now so i’ll try to be more active (no promises i get distracted sooo easily >_<)

also omg i rewatched eternal sunshine of the spotless mind the other day and i’m actually unwell about it. clementine… oh my god. i connect to her so much it’s embarrassing. the hair, the clothes, the way she just is. she’s so effortlessly messy and cool and i feel like i’m the complete opposite but also somehow not?? like we overlap in weird ways.

i fear the obsession has gotten out of hand because i’ve started looking for clothes that resemble hers… i’m sorry but she’s iconic i can’t help it :((

sorry i’ve been kinda inactive lately :( things have just been… a lot like really a lot i’ve been running around nonstop, barely sleeping, getting caught up in things i probably shouldn’t even be involved in (oops), and honestly just trying to keep my head above water.

i hate even having to say this but some of you seriously need to learn boundaries

i met someone on here a few weeks ago, we were mutuals, it was normal at first then it slowly turned into them pushing really heavy, sensitive topics onto me that i was clearly not comfortable with

and then i wake up to a message starting with “by the time you already have read this message, i will be dead”

do you understand how insane that is to put on someone?

to read that first thing in the morning and have that just dropped on you, like you’re supposed to carry it

just to then see this person online and active like nothing even happened

i’m sorry but that is not okay. at all.

that’s not just “venting” or “being open”, that puts people in a really distressing position and it’s unfair to drop that kind of weight onto someone you barely know

it genuinely made me feel sick

i feel like i just got dragged back into 2020 discord where people thought this kind of thing was normal and it’s not

if you’re struggling, you deserve real support from people who can actually be there for you

but using someone like that, especially someone you’ve known for a few weeks, is not it

it’s selfish, and it crosses a line
