hey so i just suddenly felt kind today and maybe not so hateful towards myself like the others nights so im here to spread that slight kindness and let you know that youre not a bad person for existing and having humans needs, and like not knowing how to interact with others and reach out for help. thats fine, dont beat yourself too much about it because its frustrating. i get that its hard to have days where you suddenly just feel like talking doesnt come off naturally to you, or sometimes you feel like youre unable to talk and thats okay. youre not a bad person for not interacting with others. youre not selfish, youre prioritizing yourself and thats not bad. you know you want to talk, you really do but sometimes its either too much words fall out of your mouth or too less. its okay to take a break from it all and just prefer the isolation for a little while. take your time enjoying yourself bundled up in your bed, watching, drawing, writing, doing what you want to make you feel a little bit better. youre taking care of yourself and thats not bad.
