About the girl who just recently bashed my shop

I just received my very first negative review from a customer who refuses to respond to any form of messaging in effort to find out what went wrong with her order. Of course there will always be those customers and I try my hardest to make right anything that goes wrong such as something perhaps breaking during delivery (which hasn't happened yet!) (: SO I think its incredibly unfair that here I am trying to make right whatever went wrong but no responses whatsoever. . The fishiest part however is that she gave a very similar review to another shop, making sure to name the shop in the review in order to make it known to others about their "badly put together" bows.  BUT the only positive review was to some other shop praising her awesomeness and "superior quality products" (also making sure to make emphasis of shop name in her review)

So I don't know if this person is for real or not...its  been three days since my inquiries and I had responded right away. please take into account the other reviews I have received from other absolutely lovely customers! Also check out the beautiful photos I have been sent too before making a decision! (: Other than that I hope you guys all are having a great night and thanks for reading!! (:
