Secret blep! This blink-and-you-miss-it blep happens off-camera in the office scene, after Gideon puts the folder down and begins to step away from the desk.

It's the only blep I've found so far that's off-camera; there's another in the water treatment plant scene right before Victor starts speaking, that the in-game camera's too far away to see.
