oh, what? you wanna know a bit about ME 😳 ? 

i’m a former graphic designer and nurse, had the most brilliant idea to study medicine one day and went on a trip that absolutely destroyed me. survived it all, and now i’m finally a doctor working in radiology.

🧠🔨 nazis, terfs and all those muppets can suck it. you either respect life and people or you don’t, but don’t expect a fair discussion at the end of the day. talk shit get hit.

had my first 4vs4 mtg match yesterday and at some point i became such a big threat that only a board wipe was able to stop me 😭

ok so a friend taught me to play the basics of basic magic the gathering yesterday after postponing it for quite a while since i was afraid to be… overwhelmed frankly.

and what can i say it‘s actually very fun who would have thought. but i was still struggling a lot a long the way (idk to understand the basic mechanics alone… and i feel like the individual descriptions on each card are a language on their own. i might just be stupid… but it helped me immensely when i realized it‘s like inscryption but in turbo mode?? forgive me lol)

so now comes the time to inform you about my relationship with astarion:

never played bg3. i know him solely through tumblr lense and beloved artists and mutuals’ content. i do not harbour any contempt for him nor do i particularily like him. he‘s just there.

when bg3 hyped big time tho i might have been a bit annoyed by him. just like it is sometimes with the popluar character. he was simply everywhere. and in my friendgroup there was this little joke that he‘s just my personal torment. especially since few people kinda tried to shove him under my nose to see fanart. and idk he was kinda like my anti-blorbo, whenever i saw him on my dash i went „it‘s you again, asshole (affectionate)“.

anyway in our maybe 7th or 8th game yesterday i got dealt a bad hand and really struggled to get something meaningful going while my friend actually had me in a chokehold with a nasty deck with spells and attacks that felt like many, small needlepins.

but due to some lucky draws i was able to get a creature out that seemed actually able to turn the tides, which just got confirmed due to my friend‘s increasing nervousness.

after a while tho he calmed visibly down and i knew i was fucked. i had no choice but to play regardless, since he would have finished me off the next round either way if i couldn‘t deliver the finishing blow now. so i had this one chance and that one chance was annihilate by the counter spell he played and which he gave me to read and i lost my shit when i saw the card:

out of his stash of OVER 1300 CARDS he uses to build his sets……… i get hit with his one (1) astarion card that ends the game and marks my loss. i was so mad xdddddddd svskfjaksk it felt so good to regain that chance to win the game after so many struggles! just to get it all shattered and by no other than… astarion.

i'm currently going through my photos from my second australia trip last year (my mum accompanied me and her birthday is coming up aaaand i want to gift here some memories) and i'm stumbling again over these two which i really love...

first one is uluru in the distance in the early morning hours of 5am

second one are kata tjuta, uluru's older and bigger sisters, also in the early morning hours.

Hi So, in 2025 I bought On the Road from you at the Dokomi. Told you how your art meant a lot to me. Came home, put it on my desk, and then... never opened it. After a long and arduous fight, I fell out of love with Overwatch for good over the course of the last year. It made me really sad, and I really dreaded the feelings falling out of love with a hyperfixation of 9 (!!!) years, so I guess I never really felt like looking at any of the art. Tonight I got a couple of hours alone, which really never happens, and I picked up some stuff I was meant to sort and saw the artbook, and I guess I felt like the time was right. It was weirdly comforting to look through it, honestly. A lot of the pieces in there were familiar, some of them are saved to a folder on my PC. I have one of your prints on my wall, even. These two were extremely important to me for a really long time. I guess I just wanted to say thank you for sharing your passion with the world, and for making me feel a little bit less disconnected from my past self with the artbook, in some way. So, thank you.

hey oof not gonna lie this opened up a mixed bag of feelings i‘ve been hiding away since the early months of 2025. no worries tho, no hard feelings, i was just not expecting a message of that kind. and after all, thank you for picking it up in the first place and taking a look no matter how much time has passed 🧡

what resonates here i guess is that it seems we had the same experience last year? i too fell out of my hyperfixation for these two and man that sucked. i have never obsessed over characters that long and intense ever before and it sounds extremely stupid… but it felt like a friendship breaking away? and worst of all i felt incredibly dumb for having spent so much time and energy on drawing them. i know now that this is not a good take on things because for the time being i had the time of my life drawing and reading fanfictions and this fun is something to be cherished. but the months after the hyperfixation ended i felt so utterly stupid and i couldn‘t help it, it felt like having wasted years of my life. idk why my brain made such a big deal of it. something something not allowing myself to indulge bla blah. something something being weird and awkward and not following Life Plan A and feeling like a loser bla.

and idk i just looked at the book myself again right now and it‘s ironic but on the first page i stated something like „i will never be able to show what these two really mean to me. but maybe that‘s ok. maybe it‘s ok to just keep on drawing“ and you know what? i stopped drawing after that. not only no junkers, but i put the pen down for almost an entire year. so not only was making this book kind of a pain in the ass (a lot of work, having to face my own art over and over again which i hate, BIG troubles with the printing store and a billion emails and phone calls back and forth), it also marks the end of my junker hyperfixation and my biggest art block yet for me. i‘m also still upset that i never managed to distribute it properly. but executive dysfunction becomes my middle name when i just think about it (maybe i should look into the print on demand option again). you see this is a huge bag of fleas.

ANYWAY i‘m good i‘m fine, thank you for this message and i‘m grateful that it gave you some comfort and feeling a bit reconnected to your past self, i think this is a huge deal and i‘m glad that this lil book was playing a part in it, i‘m just weirdly melancholically nostalgic about this matter is all <3

it was amazing but also a lot as usual and i often felt bad that we had to rush through to see everything… idk feels like you can‘t pay enough respect to the artists. dokomi is just too big. esp since there are now almost 4 halls fully packed with artists…

should i revive my twitter… i’m seriously contemplating it. because of dokomi shenanigans i stumbled onto it again and… so many artists still use it. hadn‘t had this big fomo in a while. on the other hand i left this place because it felt progressively out of hand. and because i don’t have the mental space and time to run more than 1 social media site. hm.

HIII first of all ABSOLUTELY LOVE your art, it was so cool to find out that an artist whose junkrat fanart i adored when i was a teen at school now draws my new obsession <3 and second, not a request, buut is there a chance of seeing zedeon yaoi from you sometime in the future? 🥺

XDDD WELL. i‘m thinking about zedeon yaoi A LOT for starters, and i got a sketch lined up but that‘s very sfw. i‘m currently in the state of just thinking about all the nsfw stuff because there is way more sfw things i wanna draw. so yeah that‘s a maybe with a not so small chance of becoming reality, regarding the more explicit stuff.
