I'm trying to learn irish, I'm not doing very well because there aren't enough clear resources and I'm terrible at teaching myself, it turns out.
So if there's an irish person out there who would like to maybe send letters? or something, I wouldn't know what to say, so it mightn't be easy, but well, ther we are.

I am so freakin' fed up right now. How the heck does my sister always know about everything?!! the best music, facts about that music, same for musicals, ad tv and movies and news and history and art and just everything I want to know but I don't have time to learn about all that stuff and never know where to start and I have a terrible memory and forget everything immediately anyway. I want to know things but I don't. And she can always do everything, not only has she always known she was good at art and so is amazing at that she is instantly better than I am at anything we do which is especially hard to take when I've been practicing and learning and she keeps saying she''s never done it before!! I don't want to be jealous or bitter I love my sister I'm just so seriously FED UP with being the stupid one who doesn't know anything and can't do anything.

Had my 22nd birthday this week. It was sad that the rest of my family couldn't be here, it was just me and my sister, but
It was great. Definitely my best birthday in YEARS. I only got a handful of presents(including a BEATLES LITTLE BLACK BOOK!!!!!), I have to much stuff and no space and no time to use my cool things so getting loads of presents always upsets me ;
We had a normal amount of food, don't get me wrong I love pigging out on celebration days, but it feels great to not be stuffed up ;
I actually just lay around sketching(getting better at doing in "from the mind", if you see what I mean) and playing music(I'm still down that I'm not very good at it, but it felt great) ;
and I didn't have to try to show my feelings, which I'm terrible at, I feel inside and though I wish I could show it(I've realised nobody actually knows me) I don't know how and it always feels fake, but not showing anything looks ungrateful.
So, yeah, it was real nice. I wish I could have pictures of it, but my sister won't take pictures and I'm incredibly unphotogenic, even though I thought(for once) that I actually looked kinda cool.
Thinking about the Hadestown proshot and Orpheus being introduced wiping down a table with his back to the audience. Hermes has to call out to him again to get him to take his opening bow, and for the show to start, Orpheus has to turn around.

I know. At our place blackberries were the fruit of start of school, we'd eat them walking our lane to the bus stop and on weekends my whole family would have a blackberry picking contest, it was lovely.
A few years ago I was surprised to have a black berry cake for my birthday(beginning of August). And then it was normal to make jam the week after.
Now they're ripe and it's not even the end of July!!!
So I just watched Little Shop of Horrors for the first time, having meant to for years, I had listened to a little of the songs from the musical. Then I watched Jeremy Jordan's version then the 1986 film. And I love it. No, LOVE it. It may even be my favorite film/story. And I NEVER have absolute favorites.
Anyway I couldn't easily find movie stills so I made some, and decided to share them. Please help get them out on the web!!
