Pet peeves
We go to the park on the daily, if not I think we would all go crazy. I know at our park we have different parts, the "big dog park" and "little dog park". Where we live this is the only park so if you go during prime time you can imagine how packed it can become. I love visiting the dog park but once you go on a daily you start to learn the people and the pups. For instance, the man who has two large dogs both great pyrenees mixes, rocky and chewy the big boys but big softies at heart. And the lady who sits on the bench on the right while she tosses a ball into the pond to her pit..over and over and over again. 90% of the people and dogs are all lovely and have no problems but then theres those 10% that EVERYONE knows to stay away from. Those 5 german shepherds whose humans dont believe they are bullies, that lady who brings her Chihuahua into the big dog park and gets upset when all the dogs chase him. Or that lady who has a lab mix who gets along with no other dog and insists its all the other dogs faults. Now for me I know all of these people and every one of those people and their dogs truly annoy me. Not saying my dogs arent perfect, cause they aren't. .they have certain dogs that they dont like and they can be rude and invade other dogs spaces. But its not an everyday thing, for these other dogs it is. Those dogs are my pet peeves. If you know your dog is aggressive towards EVERY dog your instict should be telling you not to bring your dog. For the lady who doesnt like her tiny dog to be chased by the larger dogs common sense would tell you to go to the little dog park and the pack that comes in and bullies every dog they see as the owner you should step in and do something about it. I know when my little girl gets too rough I end it for her, have her submit to me then move on. People should know their dogs and know when another dog doesnt like it and do something about it simple as that.
