I'm not sure what to think about Shakira posting him as part of her Bday post. Like, is this the equivalent to her posting a picture in BCN to acknowledge the fact that she was "hanging out" with Hamilton, or is he so far down the friend-zone, that she doesn't mind uploading a picture with him??lol

What do you think about El Jefe?

It’s not the type of song I listen to regularly (even though its very popular within my culture) but I do find the theme of the song and the sound to be very refreshing. Even with the media making it all about her shading her ex & his family, there’s a deeper social message with the song, and that’s something that Shakira hasn’t given us in a very long while. To be honest, it’s probably the song I’ll listen to the least from this era only above Copa Vacia (CV was just boring & underwhelming after everything else she released). Also the tea about the nanny who Pique didn’t pay severance to is so juicy👀😅.
