It's so important that Al-Hashimi advocates for the incarcerated man, and Dana goes over Robby's head to arrange treatment for him. Al-Hashimi and Dana both seem harsh on the surface (Al-Hashimi is stiff and very dedicated to protocol, while Dana is jaded and acts as though nothing touches her) but they're incredibly caring and empathetic people; especially with folks who are ignored elsewhere.
