A photo that perfectly sums up Honk! Fest West for me this year. Bursts of energy vs. moments of reflection. Tears vs. laughter. Get on da bus vs. get off da bus. It was my first Honk as a musician and now I know what it feels like to play music for 3 days in a row, I know what it feels like to be part of a community that celebrates love & life. It was intense, it was exhausting, and it was magical.
