Ok, so I was going to post this a day or so ago, but i forgot, so here it is!

First off I did a slight redesign of my nightwing OC, Twilight!

I’ll be sure to do the same for aqua and snowdrop.

And…I got two new OCs! Terracotta (mudwing), and Sahara (sandwing)

I know I spelled terracotta wrong, I’m dyslexic. I do have ideas for a skywing OC, I’ll work on that later. Still got a few art pieces to post from the backlog, then I’ll be caught up!

My little purple boi! I love him so much, he’s precious! (Gosh, i wonder how Spyro feels about all of us gushing over him like he’s a precious little puppy. Ya think he’s flustered by it or annoyed? Like how kids get when their mom is affectionate over them.)

This is giving a similar vibe to certain levels in 2000s video games. Levels that usually have a tropical forest with some ancient ruins. They usually give me this ethereal, mystifying feeling. Like I’m just fully immersed into the world, transported into a new place. It’s a feeling we rarely get nowadays in gaming. And that makes me sad. Honestly, this is a topic I need to make a video on, because it’s like very specific and I don’t see many people talking about it

So, i finished this last night. Drew 6 of my favorite Wof characters in the 6 characters format

I picked these 6 because i find them the most relatable to me. I relate to starflight because of his nerdy personality and being prone to over analyzing things.

I relate to Tsunami’s spunky, bold, and bluntness. I relate to Glory’s determination and dray sass.

I relate to moon’s personality of often being in her own thoughts (plus her getting overwhelmed by others thoughts feels very autistic coded because I get like that when there’s too much noise). I relate to Winter because of his reserved and cold facade (but of course he has a soft side that’s relatable too). And I relate to turtles overly sensitive and anxious personality, and his want to just blend into the background and not have attention drawn to him. I could go in more detail but that’s the basic of it. I’m almost done with the graphic novels! Just gotta finish book 9, and then…dark stalker. Then we just wait for book 10 in December.

So, recently I got the last 2 graphic novels of wings of fire!

I’m almost all caught up! Then…all i gotta do is wait for book 10 (which comes out in December!). And in the meantime…i think I’ll give the warrior cats graphic novels a read.

I drew some Spyro sketches lately! Along with some of my OC.

And I also made this drawing of my OC in dark hollow.

I also got new brushes for the stary pattern on her wings and main, so this was a way to test em out.

It’s a fan made Spyro animation coming out soon (I think next month!? Hopefully!!) and-ITS AN HOUR LONG!? Like…Holy crap!! This is like the closest thing we’ve gotten to a Spyro movie! I’m so excited!!! Honestly, we need more Spyro animations like this. Gosh, I’d love it if we got an official Spyro movie or TV series, I’d watch the crap out of it!! The only thing that’s even close to a Spyro series that we ever got was skylanders academy. Which is great, don’t get me wrong, but man! I want a series based in either the classic Spyro timeline or the legends timeline. Either of those I’d absolutely love!! Anyway, yes, very much looking forward to this. Makes me wanna try animating my own Spyro shorts in this style, but I’d need to learn how to animate in blender and also do props and stuff in this PS1 low poly style, which isn’t that difficult, but still. Maybe someday I’ll get there. For now…just 2D animations for me.

I finished his book the other day, great fun! Tho it does feel weird how we’ve spent like only the last third of the book in the Icewing kingdom. Tho, maybe it’s longer in the actual novel, who knows! I’m reading the graphic novels right now, because my dyslexic brain has an easier time with them. Maybe someday I’ll read the actual novels, but for now…I’m sticking to the graphic novels.
