Sairi originally was from the Sulani Seas but she ran away to the Ravenwood swamp because she was sick of not being able to sing without killing someone as the seas in Sulani always have tourists in them

she heard the ravenwood swamp lake is full of ghosts and felt they would be the perfect audience to her sining

she lives in a ship wreck at the bottom of the lake and considers all the algae clams starfish and other organisms that live on her, her closest friends as she misses human contact but cant interact with them for fear of killing them.

she initially didnt have a name but her new ghost friends decided to call her Sairi
