The transition from Stardust's road-trip vibe to the 90s urban mysteries is fantastic. Here, Jotaro Kujo is all grown up, rocking the all-white look, and has to guide his younger "uncle," Josuke Higashikata — the charismatic illegitimate son of Joseph Joestar — through a plot filled with Stand-awakening Arrows and hidden dangers.What makes this part genius is how alive the town feels thanks to its eccentric cast. Where else would you find a misunderstood alien, a chef who heals people through food, a manipulative ghost, and fiction's most brilliantly arrogant mangaka, Rohan Kishibe, all orbiting the hunt for a disturbing serial killer?It's fun, aesthetically flawless, and unforgettable.
