Look, I never wanted to be a half-blood...

Discord of the Gods is a 15+ Camp Half-Blood roleplay Discord server, which takes place in an alternate universe of Camp Half-Blood where the events of Percy Jackson & The Olympians, as well as all sequel series, never took place. Instead, it is our demigods and our OCs which will populate the world. Together in this server, we will write our own stories and chart our own destinies.

This server is an OC-only RP server and uses a dice and skill system to create unique combinations of character abilities and to encourage unpredictability in RP. We have regular events including Capture the Flag, skill competitions, bonfires and sing-a-longs, and even field trips to Olympus – as well as an overall plot that’s slowly unfurling!

Our grand opening (aka the start of camp) is January 20th, 2024 - but feel free to join in before that and start creating your characters and building connections!

Hana is very cautious and is unsure whether she likes applesauce (but she DEFINITELY knows she dislikes mashed carrots)

Vanilla is the newest ghost at Spooky High. She’s sweet and quiet, and usually keeps to herself. She can often be found in the art room, working on her next masterpiece.

Iris: Mom, I need to work -

Seashell: I know, you’re such a perfectionist. Just like your - like a real artist. You’re growing up so fast... I’m so proud of you and happy for you. [hugs]

Iris: Aww, Mom...

Seashell: Now, go do your work. I’ll bring up your breakfast to your room so you can also eat. 

Iris: Thanks, Mom! You’re the best.

Plum: Congrats, kiddo! Are you excited?

Iris: I AM WAY TOO STRESSED OUT TO BE EXCITED.

Plum: Oh.

Iris: Now I have to find a director! And a stage manager! And a set designer and a light designer and then we have to do casting and oh my god what if the director totally doesn’t get my vision? What if they mess up my play? Or what if everybody hates it? Oh my god it has to be PERFECT, this is my big break!

Plum: Iris -

Iris: I have so much work! I need to get started right away!

Cinnabar: Congrats, Iris! I told you it was good.

Heather: Wait, what play?

Grape: Um, who cares?

Blush: [muttering] That’s what I’m saying.

Seashell: Come on, let’s be supportive of your sister! She worked really hard and wrote a play and now the school will perform it - we’ll get to see it!

Heather: Oh, that is super cool! Congrats, Iris.

Iris: Omigod omigod omigod GUYS I HAVE GREAT NEWS

Blush: Here it comes.

Plum: Good morning Iris! There’s scrambled eggs with bacon on the counter for you.

Iris: THEY CHOSE MY PLAY!

Cinnabar: Um, you all heard Iris scream like that, right?

Blush: Oh, you know her, she’s so dramatic. It’s probably something nerdy like Bluebell and the Beast got renewed on Broadway or something.

Heather: Mm, Mom, it tastes amazing!

Seashell: Thank you, dear. 

Grape: Blush, can I have your slice of bacon?

Blush: Why would I give you my bacon?

Grape: Because it’ll make your breath stink and you don’t want that -

Blush: You little jerk -

Iris: [off] AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Illusion: That’s right. I’m expecting thank you cards any day now.

Illusion: Anyway, how ready are you all for the history test tomorrow?

Cinnabar: [groan] I keep getting different revolutions confused for each other.

Illusion: Same!!

Arcadia: Study session at our house tonight? Could you make that, Cinna?

Cinnabar: Yeah! Yeah, that sounds great!

Illusion: Fine, then you were just being antisocial. 

Cinnabar: [sheepish] Sorry, Illusion.

Illusion: Oh, I’m just teasing - I’m more than used to this behavior with Arcadia, anyway -

Arcadia: Ha, ha.

Illusion: You know, it’s hard work being the only extrovert in this friend group. I hope you both appreciate everything I do.

Cinnabar: Oh, everything.

Arcadia: Yes, how would we have survived a single day in this school without you?

Illusion: I feel like we haven’t seen you in so long!!! Dude, where have you been hiding?

Cinnabar: [sheepishly] Hey Illusion!

Illusion: [teasing] That’s all you’ve got to say, huh? I know senior year’s stressful but that’s no excuse to avoid your best friends -

Arcadia: [strained smile] He wasn’t avoiding us Illusion, don’t be so dramatic -

Arcadia: What about you? Has Book Club finished Picture of Durian Gray yet?

Cinnabar: Oh yeah! I was so surprised by the ending -

Illusion: Cinna!! There you are!

Cinnabar: So - we’re good, right?

Arcadia: Yep. Stop talking about it.

Cinnabar: Right. Ok. So - how have you been the past week?

Arcadia: ...Pretty good, actually. Mostly just the usual - homework, Yearbook.

Arcadia: Do we have to?

Cinnabar: Arcadia, please -

Arcadia: Look - can we just forget about it?

Cinnabar: What?

Arcadia: I’m... I’m really embarrassed about it all, to be honest. Can we just both pretend nothing happened?
