I read Episode 12 of the Main Story and came to realize that Raphael’s Halloween event card is kind of related in a way. And with the Hallowen Scenarios being completed, you can think of the card’s story as an appendage for both the Main Story and the Halloween 2018 event.

NOTES:
Mint’s using おっちゃん to refer to shin, A slang for おじさん(Uncle or Mister), but I used pops since it gave a sense of casual endearment. Also, Shin talks like an old man.
And I referred to Mint as a kid because, well, he’s smol. Shin’s simply using あいつ which is void of gender and age but it’s also informal which means there’s no need for respect you usually give elders/colleagues.
It’s hard to explain. Japanese is complicated af
[1] - Could be “my cute self” but a grander line seemed more fitting.
[2] - 現金 in this sense means “acting in self-interest” or “calculating” which are too grave to use in the situation so I used a simple synonym.
I’ve unlocked Fairy4pril’s 3rd song and finally finished the Main Scenario. The story of how Kazuma composed this song is so amusing especially when you listen to the lyrics. I told my officemate about itーher favorite being Kazumaーand she powered through translating the song by ear on the spot. (laughs)
Do note that these aren’t the official lyrics as they haven’t released it yet but we tried our best to make this as coherent as possible.

Fairy4pril Main Scenario (4-4)
Fairy4pril were to try composing an adult-like song for a slight image-change so they went around the city, observing the night-life. There, Misato spots a girl who was feeling unwell. They approach said girl and Kazuma stopped in his tracks, obviously love-struck.
I know shhhhh…..
The rest of the Fairy4pril boys noticed this so Misato, Yoshimune and Asahi went ahead to call a cab leaving Kazuma alone with the girl. The three come back telling them they’ve gotten hold of a taxi but a police approaches themーseeing they’re minors. Kazuma lies their way out of trouble and they all go home. (Not before Kazuma princess-carries the girl to the Taxi attaboyKazuma)
The next day, Kazuma comes to the studio looking dead-tired. He shows them his composition complete with lyrics. They then threw in the new song, and a sleepless Kazuma, for a Duel Gig that very night, with the Producer’s prodding.
After the Duel Gig, Asahi compliments Kazuma for the song, especially the lyrics, and slightly hints/teases Kazuma having experience/inspiration. Of course, Kazuma denies this strongly but ends up falling asleep while defending himself.
So yes, basically, this song was inspired by Kazuma’s meeting with certain girl that one night. ;-)
There’s already a Break guide from way back then but @banyaro-eng still gets a lot of asks regarding this so I figured a more comprehensive tutorial might be of use.
※ This is a revise of my old draft that I failed to publish during the earlier stages of the game so please forgive the visuals’ inconsistency. (also I’m posting this on my personal acc since the draft is already here and its hard to reformat it again orz)

Break
It’s basically the Idolize/Change function in other mobage rhythm games.
To be able to Break a card, you need to max out the Card Level and Card Rank. You will also be needing Break Gems.
Spirits
I wouldn’t go much into detail about this but to give you an idea for the term, Spirits are basically the Experience Points you gain by playing songs. You use Spirits to advance your Ranks (Card, Character and Band). For this tutorial, you only need to take note of the Card Rank
Card Rank
Card Rank goes up the more you use a card for songs. You can see those go up after playing. Each character will receive the amount of spirit listed. In this case, all cards got 216 Spirits.

You can also check Card Ranks via ストーリー(Story) → カードアルブム(Card Album)
※ All cards start at Rank 1 so when you level up to 2, you’ll unlock a Story which you can read in the Card Album. Upon maxing Card Rank, you will unlock the Final Card Story which you will need to read before being able to Break a card.
You get 5 medals per Card Scenario
Card Level
Level up cards by Strengthening them using other cards.
・Using same-attribute (Groove, Beat, Melody) cards give more EXP
・Using the same card/duplicate boosts EXP, Skill Level and triggers Limit Break.
・Naturally, Limit Break(LB) cards will have slightly higher stats compared to their non-LB counterparts. You do not need to max LB a card before you can Break a card. You can feed the base cards after Break to LB them; the stats won’t make a difference whether you LB before or after Break. You can Limit Break a card max. 4 times (i.e. feed the card with 4 of its duplicates) The Lightning Bolt displays the number of times you’ve Limit Break a card.
※ This isn’t important in regards to Break but strengthening using duplicates is the only sure way to level up the card’s skill (max. 10) but Great/Marvelous Success sometimes triggers a percentage increase. (personally, I’ve only gotten 30%; not even enough tor 1 whole level which is 100%)
Max Levels (Break Max Levels)
When you Break a card, the card will have new Max. Levels.
・N→30 (N+ → 40)
・R→40 (R+ → 50)
・SR→60 (SR+ → 75)
・SSR→70 (SSR+ → 90)
Break
Once you’ve Maxed out the necessary requirements, a notification bubble will show on the カード(Card) → ブレイク(Break) showing the number of cards you can Break.
The Break section will show the card/s you can Break. Just tap on it and it will show the materials needed to Break a card.
There are 4 types of gems you use to Break a card (in order of rarity): Piece (Diamond/4 points), Star (Star/5 points), Crystal (multi-points) and Regalia (multi-points; lighter color and glowing compared to Cyrstal). The higher the rarity of the card, the higher the rarity gems you will be needing.
This is still to be updated with specifics regarding gems.

A couple of similar asks have come in asking about Joker Game’s 1st drama CD, so I’ll just answer here.I can only get on the PC at work and it’s been quite hectic as of late. I apologize for not following up on the translations. Nevertheless, I’ve been working on it slowly the past weeks and while the next track’s practically finished (and I’m halfway through the 5th), I still have to proof-read and fix the tone to make it more flowing.

A four-man group under the major production company, "Bee Trap." The band was formed with Asahi Ootori(Vo.), Yoshimune Tokuda(Ba.) and Misato Toudou(Dr.) with their first guitarist during a cultural festival in high school. Their guitarist withdrew around the time they were signed to Bee Trap and thus, Kazuma Nanase(Gu.) from the management joined them.
