Dhaulagiri Circuit Trek 2022
The challenging around Dhaulagiri trip, which involves walking on snow and glaciers, encircles the Dhaulagiri massif (8167m), the seventh-highest mountain in the world. This excursion is perfect for people looking for a more intense alpine experience. Dhaulagiri is essentially unique in the world in terms of elevation above the geography around it. In just about 30 kilometers of aerial distance, it rises to 7000m over the southeasterly Kali Gandaki valley. Northwest of Pokhara, in the Dhaulagiri mountain range, is where it reaches its highest height. In reality, Kali Gandaki is spectacular since Annapurna I and Dhaulagiri, two eight-thousanders, square up against one another over a broad valley while positioned close to the river.
Trekking around Dhaulagiri starts in Beni, follows a route through farmland interconnected with mountain villages, and experiences the Gurung, Chhetri, and Magar way of life. Taking the Myagdi Khola west to Darbang, turn north on a small track that enters the high hills through trees. The French Pass (5360m) and Hidden Valley (5200m), two high passes you will traverse, will provide you even more breathtaking views of the Dhaulagiri, Thorong, and Annapurna peaks as well as the Kali Gandaki River, the deepest river in the world. Awe-inspiring views of the Dhaulagiri range and numerous other mountains can be seen throughout the Dhaulagiri circuit trek. The Dhaulagiri region is a place of striking contrasts from a geographic standpoint. The deepest Kali Gandaki in the entire globe divides Dhaulagiri from the Annapurna area.
