Sri Lankan crabmeat linguini @ Mi Casa Kitchen & Bar - 102 Jalan Jurong Kechil, 598602 I know, this is not exactly Spanish but it is one of the best crab linguine I've had. Unlike the typical thick tomato based crab meat pasta that we've all come to know and love, this particular number is doused in a light savoury seafood shellfish broth instead, giving it a refreshing lift! Not to mention, it is decorated generously with a whole crab claw that is, best of all, mostly DESHELLED (SCORE). PS: We already went back for more. Plus, this is @skijellyfish approved as well I must say though, their recent addition of carrots has ruined it somewhat. Prawn katsu @ Saboten Fresh prawns are good anytime of the year and maybe, just before flying off to another country. Was feeling a little tired of the standard pork katsu and opted for its hard to pass up seafood counterpart. Turns out, it's a genius creation. The generous serving of chunky and succulent prawn bits added both texture and moisture to the (otherwise usually dry). It marries nicely with its cripsy golden brown panto crusting making it wonderfully well balanced. Served with a piping bowl of Japanese pearl rice, Bon apetite! PS: After the tragedy that was tampopo (after it moved to the 1st and quite possibly changed chefs) I was pretty confident that no other katsu would come close or supercede it's old standards. Rainbow drinks @ The Talad Drink and Thai kitchen, 190 Lorong 6 Toa Payoh, #01-520 Toa Payoh Hub, Singapore 310190 Late to hop on the bandwagon but I just had to check out what the hype was. Needless to say, they were aesthetically pleasing but otherwise rather ordinary in taste. Makes for a refreshing drink on a hot day nonethless and of course a consolation for those of us that couldn't bring ourselves to fight the queues at the art box pop up store just but a few months back. Tom Yam Goong @ Naka weekend night market phuket. Can't leave Thailand without this tasty treat. There is just something that sets Authentic Thai Tom Yam apart from the ones we have here. Spicy but not numbing, Sour yet soothing. Simply, sublime. (at Naka Weekend Night Market)

Bbq Lobster. Some lad decided that we wanted to eat some seafood... so he swung this lobster in front of our faces. Whatever he did, it totally worked. No regrets tho.. best damn fresh lobster for a good price! No tricks, just lightly charred, minimally seasoned, juicy + tender lobster flesh that just comes effortlessly off its shell. Grilled just right such that its flavorful yet tender enough to be rolled. The unagi to rice ratio was perfection. OIISHI! PS Pls just pass on the katsu.
