Mutant Terrorist's in a Half-Shell
“TMNT #98 sets the table for issue #99 and issue #100, the concluding chapter of the City at War Story Arc. The book isn’t quite as exciting as prior issues but avoids being labeled inconsequential.”Â
Batman #61 is the weirdest single issue I've read in a long time. Not because it was particularly hard to follow but because of the choices

Top Cat is another Hanna Barbera character that I have no experience with. He’s also another character in this series of One-Shots that I found to be instantly endearing and would like to see more of.
The story is wonderfully absurd to the point of parody and I think that’s the point. People are mysteriously dying after consuming Kale. The story reveals that Kale may appear to be a green veggie, but it’s really a sentient alien race that is being exploited as a superfood. (Extremely dark huh?) Superman and Top Cat team up to battle the last of the Kale species and wind up having to deal with an even more insidious situation.
