IGNORANT ! IGNORANT ! IGNORANT !âÂ
Thereâs an unhappy giggle at that anger. Vash found a week point, he found something that made Knives uncertain. Something that made him feel the way heâd made vash feel on many occasions. and it was thrilling in the worst ways it ever could be, especially for someone who swore he was nothing like his twin brother. âHow are they any of my concern?â
âI Met Vash the Stampede.â the words are- strained? giddy? its hard to tell between the two with how his tone lilts. âBefore his Knives turned him into a hollowed out shell in an attempt to make him his clone.â Thatâs all the âremadeâ vash was, a husk, a shell, a horrific, failed attempt at a clone of his own damned twin. âAnd he was a better brother than youâve ever been to me.â
âBut thatâs not all- I was trying to save his Wolfwood, From Him. but i failed and now Iâm back here, with you trying to torment me while one of my friends has become so fed up with my bullshit, that he might as well think iâm holding him back when that was never my intention.â thereâs an indignantly giddy little squeal of a sound. âAm i getting under your skin, Knives?â
SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH HIS BROTHER. Vash, without a doubt, isnât acting like himself. It makes Knives wonder if something else, beyond  â death â happened. Which is upsetting to think about. But Vash is already noticing that. Knives didnât want him to think he has the upper hand here.
â I  didnât want a clone, I wanted my brother to be by my side, â he says only so Vash doesnât get him mixed up with the other  â Knives. â & the more he looks at his own Vash - the angrier he grows. First, at himself. But now itâs mostly directed towards what he sees as Vashâs own recklessness, & as Wolfwood, the assigned babysitterâs neglect. He lets the better brother comment slide - something he wouldâve rolled his eyes over had he not been so distressed at the moment. Making brothers with an alternate self, how pathetic. Didnât work out so well, did it ?
â Youâre not, â a lie.  â Why the hell should his Wolfwood matter so much ? ! Dammit, Vash - are you seriously going to risk your life for any alternate versions of ourselves that youâll meet ? ? That would be impossible - you should only focus on us. The life youâre in NOW. Your  â friend â has every right to be fed up. You ran off without telling anyone, then you got yourself killed. For WHAT ? If the selfish little humans really do care, youâve greatly upset them all with your ignorance.  â
