That     obviously gave her little choice on what she could do: either dish     out some small insults ( the only form of flirting that was obviously     acceptable ) or ignore him ( the only acceptable way to save her     the disappointment of a crash and burn ).

         Hey, it wasn’t like she had anything better to do today than     burning embarrassment. She needed a practice session for battle     burns anyways, and this could definitely count as one.
