These brands are great if you are on a budget and still beginning! Very affordable and they are decent quality. Coastal Scents and BH Cosmetics are online although I have seen some Ricky NYC locations sell some BH Cosmetics products. The rest can be found in your local drugstores and beauty supply stores.
