You're cuddling someone you really love on the couch. Whether they're a friend, a family member, a significant other or someone else, imagine this one. It's short, but imagine this:
You look up at them, they look back at you and smiles.
You feel something funny against your side, then you realise the person is tickling you.
You start squirming and look at them again, they're smiling even wider.
You try to crawl away, but then they start tickling your other side too and you start giggling.

LEAH ESTROGEN (Tickle headcanons!)
We all know Leah is strong, independent and serious, but that doesn’t mean she can’t be as devious as her boyfriend! When he starts the tickle fights, she is definitely gonna fight back soon if he’s not careful! The mayor’s aide is no damsel in distress and she shows that well in a playful romp. This fine lady is crafty and knows how to get our germinator jonesin’!
She can’t stretch much like Ozzy, but this purple red blood cell is smart and clever. She’ll try to tickle you while you’re tickling her, or pound on your forearms and try to grab your wrists. She’ll also kick, so watch out! Sadly, that can open up her underarms, just one of her sweet spots, aside from her sides and stomach, much like Ozzy. BUT if you’re close to her and she knows you, she’ll go for YOUR sweet spots. Her small slender fingers are perfect for digging in and teasing flutters/scribbles, and once you’re reeling back in giggles and laughs, she will WRECK you.
Playful neck kisses for Ozzy and lots of cuddling. Butterfly kisses too. She loves to lay her head on his chest to hear his remaining chuckles and his heartbeat. Seeing Ozzy laugh and look so cute makes her heart/nucleus SWELL.
She’ll start tickle fights when Ozzy’s feeling low. Not as much as him, but when he feels REALLY down from things she’ll give her baby a hug. Snuggles. Hold him until he feels better from his stress and trauma. Whisper comforting and sweet things like ‘It’s okay, baby. I’m here now. I gotchu.’ She’ll even sing softly/hum CUZ ITS BRANDY’S VOICE AND ITS SO SOOTHING LIKE AAAAA! Massages and rubs his shoulders and back. Kisses his cheeks and face slowly and comfortingly, rests her forehead against his while caressing his cheeks, then, when she gets him to smile...She either tickles under his arms, or slyly slides hands down to make him think it’s another hug then pausing before she goes for his sides gently. So comforting and tender then being playful when all is good.
Like her flirty boyfriend, she is a big teaser. Cooing and (If you’re Ozzy) rubbing in your ego as she dances her fingers on you. If she’s cheering you up, she’ll chuckle/giggle/laugh with you all the way! A literal mom figure for kids and those younger than her. Once she gets her revenge, she gives you looks that either say ‘Do that again and you get the spit smacked out of you’, ‘Serves you right’ ‘I win’, etc. Pouts/scolding looks if you either tickle her to be cheeky or are just trying to get on her nerves. Smiles/rolling eyes if you’re a friend. With Ozzy, he gets BOTH. And he gets called an idiot by her after tickle fights on many occasions, when she’s smiling or laughing though. He’s a player and uses tickling to flirt/for foreplay, but he also especially does it to genuinely make her smile and laugh and to cheer her up, especially on bad days at work. She’s always jonesin’ for Osmosis!
She’s ticklish behind and on her knees and Ozzy uses this to his advantage if he’s starting to lose the fight. Ozzy is also the only person she allows to tickle her, unless it’s a close female friend of hers.
Her laugh is rich and so soulful. Squeals, slightly deep, sweet bubbly giggles. She’s serious and sexy on the outside, but incredibly adorable, warm and even MORE beautiful on the inside. And that’s what Ozzy loves about her.

I’ve loved Animaniacs since I was little but didn’t fully get into it til a few years ago! It’s helped me cope with losing my grandfather, and later on my grandma. Would watch it and Pinky And The Brain at their house. Also had the pleasure of meeting Jess and Rob. Hope to meet Tress next someday! ❤️❤️❤️

OSMOSIS “OZZY” JONES (Tickle headcanons!)
Ozzy is a devious Ler for sure! And is playful as a freaking kitty. When that big Cheshire Cat smile comes to his face, YOU KNOW YOU’RE IN TROUBLE, BABY.
He loves the chase. Just because he hasn’t caught many germs does NOT mean he won’t catch you. That boy runs fast and is agile as heck. Flexible, nimble, and able to literally slip through and under doors if you try to hide! He’ll also call to you, saying things like ‘Come out, come out, wherever you are~!’ in a teasy sing-song voice. His pliable cellular dynamics are also super helpful in catching/trapping his prey. He’ll even wrap around you/straddle with his legs to keep ya from getting away! And despite his slender build, this guy has a little muscle and IS strong.
He likes to build up suspense sometimes, playfully wondering aloud how and where he’ll strike first and wiggling fingers and ‘tsk tsk tsking’ before starting. Or he just DIVES right in if you pushed his buttons enough. He’ll wear that cheesy grin and say his silly catchphrases like ‘Time to take yo’ medicine!’ and ‘Hey, you wanted Osmosis! You GOT Osmosis!’ And of course the ‘Caught you, germ!’ or ‘Don’t mess wit’ da germinator!’. Our number one germinator is a cop/detective, so he’ll want to figure out what spots are your most ticklish. And he’ll make a mental note of it for future use! ALSO HE CAN STRETCH FAR AND BEND GOOD. His arms, fingers, even his neck. Reaching with his stretchiness for unsuspecting/sneaky tickles cuz EVIL.
He tickles slow, then steadily faster once he hears something come out. He’ll even snicker/chuckle/laugh with you if your reactions are funny/cute! Laughter is contagious, after all. He’ll also fuel his ego here and there. And of course jokes! Some might be gross/crude like ‘Hope ya don’t wet’cherself here!’ but most of them he’ll be lighthearted, especially if you’re a good friend! He’ll rub it in and maybe go ‘Aww, how cute!’ at how ticklish you are, and just be all childish and goofball and big brother-like. He is also a tease MASTER. He’ll try to ask ‘Ay! What’s so funny? I know I’m hilarious, but this is a lil’ over the top!’ Just a fun cell who loves revenge or wants to get ya laughing!
He starts the tickle fights. Always. Especially with Leah before they get cozy behind the eye. *WINK WONK*
His goatee. Oh my gosh, that’s one of his favorite ways to tickle someone he cares about. Once that beard scruff hits your neck or your cheeks, you’ll just squeal from how tickly it is. Honestly ENDEARING. He also does neck/tummy raspberries in addition! With Leah only he does nibbles~*winks* Once you give in or had enough or been tickled to pieces (Most likely the latter cuz he’s a jerk like that, haha!) he’ll grin then ruffle your hair/wink happily before getting back to work. Revenge is sweet as sugar! But if it was for cheering you up/being overall playful, he’d feel so accomplished and be glad you were feeling better! Health is a big priority for him and mental/emotional health and happiness is no exception.
This white blood cell is quite ticklish but will hide it to the DEATH. In the episode Out Of Body Experience, we see him giggling a bit as Cilia Tyson gives him a pat down. So best guess is his sides are his sweet spot! Probably ticklish on his stomach and ribs too. He hates being tickled, unless it’s someone who’s close to him. Drix has tried to once or twice but let’s just say Ozzy did NOT take well to it, hahaha!
His laugh is SO cute. Kinda raspy and throaty, but deep, loud, and ADORABLE! Hunches shoulders when he laughs and tries to squirm away with his stretch powers! It’s like it comes from his nucleus/heart and honestly Ozzy had so much trauma in his childhood cuz of losing his family and such that he NEEDS to laugh! And his genuine smile when he’s cheered up or happy is something to behold. Also, he can squeal/unmanly scream or laugh in a higher pitch if he’s surprised or reaching his limit! Rubbing in his ego makes him protest BUT IT’S CUTE!
Is a panting, slightly blushy mess after being tickled. And he blushes a deeper shade of blue instead of red!! It’s absolutely precious! He’ll either retaliate if he has the energy, or pout, grumble, and make the tickler swear not to mention it to anyone. Especially Maria or Spryman.
