i can see that iâve dropped weight
i donât feel better
i donât feel prettier
i donât feel like iâm winning
i donât feel like iâm achieving
i donât feel the control
i only feel like iâm wasting
losing
getting worse
getting uglier
getting deeper into this hell
getting out of control
getting lost
and the worst part is that i still canât get myself to eat because if i see myself gaining weight i will go into hysterics and feel the same emotions and the same emptiness and the same worthlessness
and i have no idea which direction to go in
and i need help but i canât ask for it because i donât have the time for it

the reason people with eating disorders are obsessed with âthe number on the scaleâ instead of simply looking at their bodies to see results is because most of us have body dysmorphia and physically fucking canât see what they actually look like so the scale is their only indication of progress. what do people not get about that
I essentially told one of my best friends about my obsessive calorie counting and fasting and he said I was doing so good and he was so proud of me
why is it no one takes eating disorders seriously if youâre not skinny.
