I consider myself who always hide the sadness in my shadows. Everyday, I deal with many people who make me more BV. People who make me laugh and people that make me forget the sadness that I feel. Even many people make me BV, happy and forget my sadness.
I also make myself happy by doing things that I like. Like playing online games, listening to Music, Cooking and Sports specifically basketball and taekwondo
Sports: Taekwondo I love playing taekwondo not because it’s a very physical sport. But it helps me to relieve stress because as many people said. Power and a kick make you forget the stress and pain that you feel.
Basketball: I love playing basketball game because it is a physical game and it’s a mind game. After playing it makes me feel great and make the stress go.
Online Games: I love playing Online Games because only in
Online games I can express my feelings and only
In online games where I can forget my stress.
Food: I love cooking because I feel so comfortable in doing it.
In short I love to eat. Cooking become one of my favourite
things to do. For me, cooking is one way to forget stress.
