“Happiness is a choice. You can choose to be happy. There's going to be stress in life, but it's your choice whether you let it affect you or not. “
I consider myself a happy person but because of doing household chores, bad vibes and loads of homework it causes myself to feel stressed throughout the day. We all respond to stress differently so, there’s no “one size fits all” solution to managing stress. But if you feel like the stress in your life is out of control, it’s time to take action.
Playing basketball with my friends and teammates will reduce my negative thoughts, problems and anxiety. I love the game of basketball, it is one of my activities which helps me improve my mood because it makes me feel great Physical activity plays a key role in reducing and preventing the effects of stress, but you don’t have to be an athlete or spend hours in a gym to experience the benefits. Just about any form of physical activity can help relieve stress and burn away anger, tension, and frustration. Exercise releases endorphins that boost your mood and make you feel good, and it can also serve as a valuable distraction to your daily worries.
When I am stressed my laptop is always there for me. Gaming is my stress reliever, like basketball gaming helps me improve my mood because I can express my thoughts and my feelings through gaming. There is a reason so many people turn to gaming, and if recent research is any indication, it’s because video games provide a tremendous vehicle for stress relief in anyone’s life (plus, they’re fun). For avid video gamers reading this, the results probably come as no surprise, considering that if you ask anyone you know who plays games why they play, a common answer is, “to relax” or “de-stress”.
Whenever I feel stressed, I often listen to my favorite songs. Listening to music can have a tremendously relaxing effect on our minds and bodies, especially slow, quiet classical music. When people are very stressed, there is a tendency to avoid actively listening to music. Perhaps it feels like a waste of time, not helping to achieve anything. But as we know, productivity increases when stress is reduced, so this is another area where you can gain vast rewards. It just takes a small effort to begin with.To incorporate music into a busy life, try playing CDs in the car, or put the radio on when in the bath or shower. Take portable music with you when walking the dog, or put the stereo on instead of the TV.
Even I am a thin/ stick-figured person it doesn’t mean that I dont eat alot. I dont know why my body functions like this but I am the greediest person in the family when it comes to food. After a long exhausting day, I usually remove my stress by eating my favorite foods especially pizza and burgers. I recommend eating your favorite kind of food when you are stressed because the delicious taste of your food makes you forget all of your problems and negative thoughts .
