so, this will probably take a while yet, but i have been quietly remaking a ton of bios from several different blogs because i do plan to move my active muses to one big multifandom blog. since genshin is my most active fandom atm, i'll probably drop the url once a lot of those bios are done since the most i really have to do is just copy-paste stuff over. whether i move then or not, i'm not sure, but. figured i would at least announce that i do intend to move at some point.

her words shouldn't leave a dull ache in his chest, but the reminder that aether is her main priority, coupled with the fact that teyvat isn't her home... if she intends to leave, her dream may stay in the realm of fiction, and that thought is far too bitter. if she goes, he can't follow into the next world, and he can't ask her to stay, either. he knows what she's traveling for, and selfish as he wants to be, he won't keep her tied to sumeru. if she's happy to leave, he'll try to be happy for her. but he can't let himself dwell on this too long. lumine knows what to expect from him by now; hopefully his bland reaction doesn't surprise her.

so. i'm noticing a pattern in the way alhaitham thinks of his partners, and it's that he just automatically associates them with bright things, like daylight or gold or basically anything that glows or shines, and i just think that's cute–
