Zu: I think we should log our findings now, Fio.

Fio: O-Okay! Just tell me what to write down.

Zu: Alright. Now...

Zu: Only a couple were exceptionally strong compared to the lot, but we ran into few issues. No major injuries, thankfully. Fio accidentally unearthed one and got into a scuffle, but managed.

Zu: He incapacitated the Feral with a blast from the undamaged steam puncher, but it too was destroyed from the attack.

Fio: I’ll note down Rocky.

Zu: O-Oh, right.

Zu: I think that’s all. Want to rejoin with the main group?

Fio: Okay! Maybe they found Rocky’s family?

Zu: Mhmm, maybe.

You know, how long did it take you to get back out here searching? What all distracted you before you finally sought her again? You seemed so determined to find her to start. "I have to find mom," those were your words. Yet here you are, looking for whatever you can loot from the snow. But you found her. Just as 'cool' as you said she was. Curious, had you tried to do more, had you acted sooner, had you done anything different do you think maybe you could have saved her? This could be your fault

Imagine if you got a bunch of experienced thieves, and threw em out to scour every nook and cranny for anything from wood to berries to feral nests. It's crazy work, and super dangerous. Can't tell ya how many promising Magpies have gone feral getting in over their heads.. But ay, I ain't here to tell ya scary stories, there's plenty of goodies we keep for ourselves! Nice little bonus if ya ask me! Ya have any trinkets you're fond of?

Fio: It’s actually very warm, even though I found it under the snow. It’s like a second winter coat~ 

Magpies? Mm.. sounds like what Aki and me used to do back home, before Ferals took it. Say… how can I become a Magpie? Is there a test?
