His eyes peered over the magpie’s drifting form, eyeing at the tree most central to his judging gaze. Though he could not draw a proper comparison through the whirring pellets and from his distant angle; the birch trunk was of considerable width regardless. Their statement only warranted another question; if that tree was as nearly as precious as marked tower then why doesn’t the Magpie spare the both of them the moment’s bickering and salvage something that was only a measly jog away? It’d save him the breath wasted on this imprudent miner and even they could benefit from keeping an indignant warrior appeased.
The Skarmory returned his gaze, thankfully having not heart their muted grumblings over the battering of hail and wind. His beak fell agape, ready to deny their request when a sudden waft brushed against his helm’s plume. Stagnant winds sprinted into a hastened pace, strengthening for a moment’s lashing.
Knowing better to stand within the everstorm’s winds, he took to his perch, demonstrating for the Magpie the exact reason he claimed it as his. His form slouched onto the dense bark, wrapping his bladed quills around it’s broad circumference. The knight faced the direction of the oncoming wind, pressing his break against it’s immobile wall, his eyes befalling the magpie if only to issue a discourteous warning.
“Get behind something you nit!” His voice barked over the approaching winds. “Either you get behind me, or scramble somewhere else - just don’t stand there like an idiot!”
"Oh no..." Siegfried immidiatly understood what Oscar was doing. Searching cover on the trunk. At this moment wasnt he sure how to react. But the fast incoming winds of the everstorm left him no choice. He dropped his equipment and gathered ressources in the snow and put his workglasses over his eyes. In the next few seconds he slamed his arms on his body so hard a few sparks emitted from the metal body. Then his body dropped with a loud noise in the snow and was almost completly covered. Psychic types nearby would feel a presence now. He used his own weak psychic abillities to protect his mind if the snow and his hard body wouldnt be enough. "Here it comes" He didnt cared about what the bird said anymore. He just wanted to get through this Wind now.
