To the anon who asked about the Kärleken väntar video

I am not comfortable with sharing your question on my blog in the way you phrased it, but I don’t want to let it go without an answer.

I, personally, never tried to find a deeper story than what was pictured and I kind of just interpreted the jumping on the bed part as feeling super happy and being in love. However, the best thing with Kent is that you are free to interpret any song and video in any way you want (which sadly includes twisted interpretations of We need to eat), because they are not explaining you anything and even if they do, they are kind of vague about it. So if that is what you imagine to be the backstory of the video, go with it. Your interpretation is as good as anyone else’s. :)

Don't you think that as the years passes, the more good looking Jocke's becoming? I don't know if it's because of he's clothing style, his haircut or his beard (THIS probably) but he's really making me swoon sometimes ^^. A

I think he was very cute when he was young(er) but I agree that he became more and more attractive as he aged. I’m neutral towards the beard, but I can see why you prefer him with it.

Regardless of looks, he is an amazing artist, and talent makes sexy, so I think I would find him beautiful even if he didn’t look the way he does. :)

How'd you get into kent? I'm assuming you aren't Swedish so do you bother with the site that translates the lyrics or just listen to the music itself? Favourite album?

I am not Swedish but I do speak Swedish so I do not bother with lyrics translations at all, because I don’t need them. I can understand the lyrics just fine. :)

I don’t have a favourite album because it changes all the time, depending on my mood, but the first song I heard with kent (and that got me hooked instantly) was Visslaren, so if I really have to, I would pick Hagnesta Hill. I found them while randomly browsing youtube, by the way. :)
