My mantra this morning. Seems I had a lil upper limit breach yesterday as Gay Hendricks would call it. Right after declaring things were moving in a good direction, I ended up having to go to bed early not feeling well, had a midnight fever & a few mouth ulcers by the morning. So I've been reciting this lil reminder to the ego that it's safe....It's safe for you to be happy. It's safe for things to be good. It's safe for you to have dreams. It's safe for you to be successful. It's safe for you to find love again.....whatever that underlying fear may be...It's safe to step out of your comfort zone. It's safe for things to change.
