Quick Update - Abigail

Okay so, I went back to check on the Abigail mod only to discover her dancing sprites for the flower dance weren’t in the mod. This is now fixed and you just need to delete the old mod from your mods folder and redownload the new version!

If anyone finds any mistakes with the sprites or characters in the mod, please let me know so I can get them fixed!

Guys its here! It’s finally posted, I’m so emotional because I’ve been working on this for months and I finally get to share it with everyone!

Update

Alright so currently I am in the process of obtaining all the permissions I need in order to post the Abigail mod on nexus - hopefully it’ll be sooner rather than later, I’m also going to probably post another update on Abigail (surprise, I went back and redid her again) and I’m sorry its taken so long but hopefully it’ll be up soon!

Finally finished Abigail - also I’m talking with one of the creators of DSVO so my edits should be added to theirs soon!

More updates: Currently working on Shane’s and if I continue to work as I currently am, I will probably have his done by the 22th or sooner. Will probably be after Christmas for Shane, but be prepared for previews!

Alright I’ve been gone for awhile - real life has kept me busy and for a short time I lost my motivation for creating sprites for Stardew Valley. However, I’m back.

These are the portraits I’ve done (or edited more about that at the bottom) for Abigail - no sprites yet but they are in production. I want to make one thing clear - the outfits and hair are not mine (except for Spirits Eve I created the snakes) but the faces are made by me. For the most part I just edited using what was put on minervamaga’s mod - whether that was to make the colors have more of a contrast or to give lines to the hair.

I’ve noticed that minervamaga created a Diverse Longevity mod on Nexus already so my plan is to contact them after I have finished my list of things I want to do, to add my Diversifying Longevity characters to their mod. I plan to make it compatible to Content Patcher and to DNPCC.

Underneath the Keep Reading is my list of goals, so keep reading if you want.

Overall here is the list of things I want to get done (sorry for the long post):

Keep Abigail the same as diverse with minor edits to clothes and hair to give more contrast and more solid outlines

Edit Emily’s outfits and minor hair edits

Elliot - edit spring and summer indoor to have better outlines and contrast

Harvey: Edit spring and summer indoor to have better outlines and different turban colors

Haley - full outfit redo but keep the hair the same

Edit all of Maru - outfits, hair, skin.

Penny’s outfits color contrasted and better hair outline

Sebastian stays the same except minor edits to clothes

All of Shane is going to be edited with new clothes - except winter (its already amazing)

Evelyn edited to be Samoan - minor detail fixes

Edit George to make his hair match his skin tone

Jas will be edited using my edits but keeping the old clothes (whoever did them is amazing)

Jodi’s head scarfs need color adjusting but otherwise she’s good

Pierre gets a hair recolor using the hair recolor mod

Kent will have hearing aid - still debating on a prosthetic leg

Will edit Caroline's skin tone and adjust the face to reflect original portrait more

Robin minor clothes edits

Vincent, Gunther, Gus, are all good - Lewis will remain as original portrait

Still deciding how to do Leah(Butch or Native?), Marnie, and Sam

i love your longevity edits, is there any download??

At this time, I’m waiting for RTGOAT’s approval to move ahead and create a nexus download for it. If I don’t get their approval then I’m hoping to work with them to find a compromise that suits everyone and gets the mod out there.

Maru’s Fall Outfit for Longevity (even though the new update broke Longevity)

So, third times the charm? I’m much more happy with this version of Maru’s fall even though it took three tries to get here (sorry!). I finally feel like these are fall clothes that Maru would actually wear. I’m super proud of how the bandanna turned out on her hair.
