May 17th shipping update and support
We really appreciate the kind words and feedback with problems we've been receiving from everyone! Thank you for understanding as we work out the kinks.
We're relieved to be shipping and expect the last units to be finished on May 31st. If you haven't received your tracking email yet, please bear with us and rest assured it is coming as quickly as possible! Within two weeks, all the units should be in the mail system.
We've contacted backers individually where we are having shipping problems, but as a reminder please play close attention to your tracking email when you receive it! If UPS fails to deliver the 1st time, they will leave a note and it will be your responsibility to contact them and retrieve your package. Otherwise, after 5 days it will be abandoned or sent back to China.
Please email [email protected] with your phone model and description of problem. We are also working quickly on a support section of the website. Thank you for your help in working out the bugs!
-Registering Podo does not show confirmation in app (rest assured it worked)
-Username does not register (we are implementing the backend for this in the next update)
-Podo disconnects/fails after transferring a long video (iOS only I believe, we're on it)
-No sound with video (we are syncing audio from the phone with the Podo video, coming in the next couple updates)
