The Seven

There are seven key figures, who hold the instruments of all. Regal Lord and knightly Lady, and the Martyr who chose to fall. Clever Master and wild Mistress, who walk upon this world. Temptress and foul Tyrant: with wicked darkness to unfurl. From the Seven see goodness, evil, and what is, learn to discern the difference, and then be as you will.

For Meloetta, in May

Meloetta, Softly sing of spring. Delight the buds, stems, and storms; Dance in winds inspiring.

Now, accelerando! Belt notes channeling The summer’s heady glow. Send us off to the adventure Towards which we go!

Then in fall when we wander, By your melody strong and pure, Bridge us between our memories, Through their meanings tour.  

And when in winter, Your voice will quiet           - although there’s more we surely could achieve - I too shall take it as the moment in which to rest and breathe.

We Who Remember

And so that man spun Blood, sinew, and bone. Wove a creature into this world previously unknown.

Rise resplendent, Mewtwo, Fly far away home. Find a life beyond here, Somewhere of your own.

Be forgotten by all, For they might do you harm. But know among the masses, There are those with loving arms.

Rainy Autumntide

When sunlight filters through Those bright, rustling leaves Who then fall to lay listless In the wet muck,

One is reminded: No longer can they provide Support for their fellows, growth for their tree, shaded homes in its boughs By taking in the light and crafting sustenance From vapid glow.

No, these bright and varied colors: A mere final triumphant display. The leaves’ glory moment only as they themselves, Are forever spent.
