I find it fascinating to look at the bones in my hands
I really like fashion, but the fashion that skinny girls use. I’m crazy about tops, shorts, skirts, dresses... I can’t wear them, I can’t go out wearing them.
ed twitter be wild
Do it for the “you look so skinny” no matter what outfit you wear
Jonathan Simkhai Spring 2020.
To those who say that their ribcage will prevent them from looking the way they want:
Ribcages can shrink, buddy. This is my biggest pet peeve to see. Ribcages are biologically *designed* to contract and expand. If you think your ribcage is too large, one of two things is happening:
1. You have too much visceral fat still padding your organs. This unfortunately also means that you may be farther away than you think from looking how you want because visceral fat should be the first type of fat to be burned...sorry, kid
2. You are at a low enough weight but you do absolutely no abdominal muscle training. Your intercostal muscles are the ones that lie over and in between your ribs. If you do significant work with these (I mean like 150+ sit ups a night, every night), these muscles will start to tighten and your ribcage will shrink
A thing that’s been really working for me it’s buying magazines like cosmopolitan, elle or Glamour instead of food. I do this like once a week and it’s much easier to restrict for 1-2 days. I keep the pages that i really like for inspo on my walls so my room it’s full of pictures with skinny models.
im back - 20.12.19
my body dysmorphia slapped me in the face. this past month i had been incredibly happy - hadn’t had a single mental breakdown or anxiety attack. then some shit happened and it’s all gone downhill since.
i went to the beach yesterday. my friends and i took some photos and i look so fat in all of them. everyone in my school friend group are all so thin. two girls are models, one plays football, one has started counting calories (a habit she picked up from me sadly) and the other has started seeking professional help for anorexia. in short, they’re all very thin. i’m the only one that’s not. and i want nothing more than to change that.
i am currently 56kg. my first gw is 50kg. my ugw is 40kg.
i don’t want to be fat for the rest of the summer. i don’t want to be fat for my year twelve ball. i don’t want to be fat for when i have sex. i’m done being fat.
it’s currently midnight and today i’m going to start the egg diet. what it is:
breakfast - 3 eggs, 1 cup of green tea
lunch - 3 eggs, 1 apple, 1 cup of green tea
snack - 1 apple, 1 cup of green tea
dinner - 1 bowl of oatmeal, 1 cup of green tea
oatmeal tends to make me feel sick so since the average bowl is about 300-400 calories, i’m going to replace it with a maximum of two eggs (about 160 calories) and an apple if needed.
i have a workout buddy now which is great. we have a collective aim to workout 3 times a week. we began this week - we did a yoga class on monday, a beach workout on tuesday and we’re doing another yoga class tonight. for days i don’t workout with my friend, i’m going to make an effort to try run in the morning.
37 cal brownie recipe
hi love! i was looking through some low cal recipes on pIntEReSt and found this AWESOME low cal brownie recipe.
ingredients-
2 egg whites (34)
3 1/2 tbsp of sugar (137) (you probably can use 0 cal sweetner)
3 tbsp of cocoa powder (30)
1 tsp vanilla (0)
2 tsp baking powder (0)
instructions-
1.preheat oven to 350 F
2.mix all ingredients in a bowl
3.pour mix in a square pan (6 in pan is best)
4.place in over for 10 min
5.cut 6 squares once done baking
6.let brownies cool off and enjoy 💕
btw, 37 cals is for each brownie, so the whole tray would be 222 cals
this honestly seems like the best thing to binge on if you have a sweet tooth because EVERY sweet thing is like 500000 calories and this seems like such a good alternative. each brownie around the same amount of cals as a rice cake!!! like oml thank you i’ll take the brownie.
i honestly have not tried this recipe so i don’t know if it would turn out well but it seems pretty legit. if you try this please comment if it turned out well!!! like this post for more ana snacks/tips!!! sorry for my rambling :(
stay safe i love you
craving something?
craving chocolate? have a cup of hot cocoa (nestle has a 20 calorie fat-free option, swiss miss has a 25 calorie option but it doesn’t taste as good imo)
craving ice cream? make some banana “nice” cream instead. just freeze a banana and put it in the blender for a few minutes. add whatever toppings you like, it’s just like real ice cream!
craving candy? try some dried fruit (can be high in calories) or pop a few grapes in the freezer. frozen grapes taste like jelly beans
craving fries? why not try some homemade sweet potato fries– cut a sweet potato into wedges and bake them for 45 mins. full of fiber!
craving something sweet? have some sugar free jello (10 calories per serving) or a sugar free popsicle (15 calories) instead
craving a chocolate bar? I personally love the heavenly crisp bars (110 calories) from skinny cow. they taste just like kit kats, but healthier
craving something salty? try a soft pretzel (160 calories). these are a good source of protein and are perfect for warming up on a cold winter day. I like the ones from hanover
craving a milkshake? have a smoothie made with fresh fruit and light yogurt (150 calories) or simply blend a banana with ice and milk
craving cookies? have some meringues (10-25 calories!)– I cannot tell you how much I love these things. they taste like vanilla, and you can get them at trader joes
craving starbucks? why not add some flavored creamer to your coffee instead. they come in a variety of delicious flavors that will make you feel like you’re having dessert! my favorites are the girl scout cookie selection of flavors
craving a brownie? fiber one has a fiber-filled brownie (90 calories) that doesn’t taste too bad. you might also try a chocolate biscotti (100 calories) these go great with tea
craving pie? have a homemade berry crisp instead– microwave some mixed berries until they are warm and gooey. then crush a graham cracker and crumble in on top. add cinnamon and honey if you choose. soooo tasty
