Today, an old friend of mine hopped on a plane and moved 17 hours away. And although I’m proud of that friend for following their dreams and doing what they’ve always wanted to, they’ve got a lot to learn about growing up and life in the real world. You cannot cast people out of your life because you’re scared of the future. Happy Belated birthday, man. And I better see you in Tokyo in 2020.
