I am shouting at a wall. When I write my thoughts down and I share that vulnerable, honest piece of me, there is no reaction. There is no reading in a world that only talks. I am part of the problem. I want people to hear me.

Hello,

my name is Nicolette, and I really wish I wrote things down more. 

Don’t get me wrong, I write things down a lot. It never seems to be enough of my thoughts though. I’m a little overly ambitious in that way. I spend a lot of my time thinking and I am completely fascinated by the idea that no one has any idea how expansive and thorough my thought-processes are. I wish I wrote things down more because the way I see the world makes a lot of sense to me. The way that I analyze and reflect on people and their behaviors is completely mesmorizing. I don’t even think that’s cocky because I am so appreciative of this mind and soul that I’ve been given.

Now, I will resist the urge to get too deep into my spirituality right off the bat. I do think that I should write things down more though. There’s beautiful phrases and thoughts that are stuck inside my mind and I believe that people need to hear them.
