it's funny how I hate when people on the street/bus call me "Madame " or say "vous " instead of "tu " because it makes me feel 60 years old but when an online shop sends me an email starting with " Salut + My name " and "tes achats", "ta commande" I feel soooo offended, je ne vous connais pas, un peu de respect s'il vous plaît.
