Intro & Request Rules/DNI!
(Includes request status for specific things I make! Please read!)
Hi! My name is Michael, I’ll be the person running this blog. I really enjoy making moodboards, and I really like making people happy, so here’s this.
I generally make moodboards pretty quickly so unless somehow I really blow up, my requests should always be open, but it’ll be clear if they aren’t
And feel free to send in a bunch of requests! Don’t feel limited to just one, I can bang out a bunch in a day so feel free to request to your hearts content
What I will make (with examples!):
Regular aesthetic boards (Open!)
Lgbt moodboards (flag/flags and an aesthetic) (Open!)
Name association boards CURRENTLY CLOSED but requests like this are okay (send in a name and I will make a board of my association with that name)
Character moodboards (depending on the media, but I’ll try for characters I don’t know if they have a clear style to them - specification always helps if you really want me to get the aesthetic right) (Open!)
Ship moodboards (again, depending on the media, I’ll be stricter on doing this one with characters i know, and I will allow real people ships and some problematic ships) (Open!)
Character icons (character against either an lgbt flag or whatever background you want) (Open!)
Dividers (Send a theme and optionally a color scheme and I’ll make a divider to use in posts, carrds, or wherever you want to use them!) (Closed!)
Combination pride flags (Closed!)
Carrds (DM/Send me an off anon ask and we will work out making a carrd you’re happy with! You’ll add me to a carrd you own and kick me off when I’m done, so it completely belongs to you, I will simply add my credit to it!) (Closed!)
Boundaries:
I use the 7 stripe aurora lesbian flag by default, as it’s an all-inclusive lesbian flag. If you prefer another lesbian flag for aesthetic reasons you may request that
I don’t use the philly rainbow flag or the progress flag, at all, even upon request. (I disagree with the black stripe being repurposed from its original use as a tribute to the victims of the AIDS crisis. If you would like a SOLIDARITY pride flag, I’m happy to do that.)
I won’t do genderfae stuff or genderselkie or the like (there is no inherent problem with these identities, it’s a personal discomfort for me)
Moodboards including themes around bugs or spiders are not off limits, but it may take me a bit longer to get them out. I am entomophobic and arachnophobic, but sometimes I can push past that for the aesthetic value of bug/spider images, so it may just take longer
I have the right to refuse any board that makes me uncomfortable, please keep that in mind, but don’t let that stop you from requesting things that aren’t explicitly in this list
No DNI, just don’t be an asshole. This is a proship and radqueer safe blog, though it will not primarily revolve around those themes.
