[POUR]: Sender pours the receiver a hot drink after finding them and bringing them indoors or to a shelter from a freezing snow-storm.
"oh, goodness, you're freezing… come on, put your arms around my neck. that's it, good job… let's get you inside."

Nemuri wasn't completely defenseless in the snow and cold at least. She did have on proper gloves, shoes, and a scarf. However, that didn't make her any less cold. The young girl was quick to listen to the Fourth Division Captain when they cross paths.
"I was going to do snow science, but then the snow fell down a lot and it got super cold."
She slightly loudly explains as she rests her head on the woman's shoulder.
More perturbed by Nemuri wandering in a blizzard than the volume she adopted, which was admittedly a necessity when there was a raging snowstorm with arctic howling wind, Isane did her best not to frown. She had no wish to alarm the child, for all that she was inwardly castigating whoever it was supposedly tasked with looking after Nemuri. Children tended to get into all sorts of scrapes, more so if they were naturally curious like a Kurotsuchi ought to be. With a reassuring smile as she drew the child closer to her so as to better wrap her haori around them both, she reflected it was just as well she had chanced upon her on returning from making a follow-up check-up call on an officer at the Fifth. The worse that could happen to her should Mayuri discover his child in her care was some ranting that she was sure would startle her and result in her cringing. Rather her than one of his own officers to whom he might do goodness knows what.
The snow that had fallen but lightly when she had set off, which was why she had eschewed an umbrella. That which should have been a quick trip to check-up on a recently discharged patient took a little longer than usual on account of the snow unexpectedly taking a turn for the worse. Having to make her way back to the Fourth somewhat gingerly due to the relentless blizzard, she had come across Nemuri. There was nothing for it but to stoop down, balance her medical chest in one hand, bundle Nemuri up in her other and carry the little thing back to the Fourth.
"Snow science? Out here?" she quizzed lightly, as she hastened through the main entrance of the Fourth. "The weather can change very easily and quickly become dangerous. Well, never mind that, let's see about getting you dry and warm."
Bringing Nemuri to her quarters, Isane promptly tended to the little girl first by removing her shoes and towelling her hair. Then turning on the switch for the heater of the kotatsu, she bustled in the kitchen, trusting Nemuri to remove her gloves and scarf.
"You can hide as much of yourself under the blanket as you like," she smiled, returning with two cups of steaming malty chocolate. "Careful, it's still hot."
Finally divesting herself of her haori and towelling her own hair, she sat at the kotatsu and took Nemuri's pulse and checked that she was all right, albeit under the guise of combing the child's hair. "What was the snow science you were doing? Were you going to collect samples to see how much dust, mercury and formaldehyde is in it?"
Nemuri nods as she listens to Isane explain that weather changes fast. She'll keep that in mind next time she wants to do snow science! She takes off and gloves and scarf and hums she waits for her. The dark haired girl beams when she sees the warm drinks.
"Thank you Kotetsu-san! And yeah! I was gonna do that and see if snow in different divisions differed at all!" She chirps happily, explaining her idea and why she was close by to the Fourth in this weather in the first place.
