I'm still confused how this works exactly, could I have a brief explanation regarding how roleplay threads and progression would work?
Ah, We’re sorry it’s confusing! If there are any pages we could explain better or simplify, let us know!But to try and answer your question....Threads and stuff (unless otherwise specified) will take place in more or less real time so like if it’s may 6th irl, it’s may 6th in the game. This is mainly to keep half the group from existing several years ahead of the other half. If you had to like stay off for a day or two or went on haitus, no one’s going to mind if you backdate or forward date a drabble or thread.Other than that threads and drabbles are left to the players to decide specifics on how they want to play. Want to go into in depth drabbles and organization on your blog? Go ahead! Want to have the occassional drabble, but handwave things like gym badges or whatever? That’s fine too.The main purpose of this group, and the pages in the group is so whatever way you prefer to play, everyone is in the same version of the pokemon world and the same time. So, at least theoretically, it’s a little easier to get into the experience of a journeyTL;DR the main thing to consider that for the most part, progress is made in real time (unless you can’t be on a day or two and you can backdate or something), but it is solely up to you what your muse wants to do/how to train, as it is a free-flowing community.

Update 17: Cerulean Cave
A mysterious cave that is filled with terribly tough Pokémon. It is so dangerous, the Pokémon League is in charge of it.
There is always a League appointed guard at the entrance, making sure you’re strong enough to survive in there. To be able to get past usually, you must have beaten the Indigo League at least once. Currently it is 100% closed unless you get the Champion’s Permission. Why? No one outside of Red, Lance, and the Elite Four know for sure, but there are rumors of an extremely powerful pokemon in there. How powerful? The rumors vary from pseudo legendary to not even the most powerful trainer can hope to stand up against it.
Update 16: Nugget Bridge
A beautiful bridge that stretches across a river.
This is a golden and ornate bridge crossing the river. It’s become a place at the north end of the city, where trainers go to test their strength. The trainer’s are about as strong as the local gym’s gym trainers. If you get to the end of the bridge you will be given a nugget! Don’t ask how the person at the end got them, you probably don’t actually want to know. Why? Because the bridge is a Rocket recruitment scheme. You might be offered a chance to become a member of Team Rocket. If you accept, you’ll be taken to their hideout, if you refuse, you’ll be battled and threatened by a someone who is surprisingly more powerful than Misty. It’s probably best that you don’t actually tell the police that Rockets are there really. At least you don’t have to fight every time to get across.

Update 15: Cerulean City
The Floral Lagoon City
This beautiful city is next to one of the rivers of Kanto. This city is the place to go if you want to specialize in water pokemon. Unlike Pewter City, Cerulean doesn’t have as much of a water theme present throughout the city. Instead it boasts scenic streets and gardens that rival Viridian City. What else it’s known for aside from water type trainers, is the cuisine that can be found here. If you’re looking for good Kantonese or in some rarer cases Johtoan or Hoennese food, you’ve come to the right place. Unfortunately, there has been a rise of crime attributed to Team Rocket here. The Police force is doing it’s best to keep it under control though.

Cerulean Gym
A large gym towards the north end of town. It’s a sleek and modern appearance with a clear pyramid like roof. The gym is home to plenty of powerful water type trainers, including the tomboyish mermaid herself. If you find yourself at home in the water or with water pokemon, you may find yourself at home here too. There is a process to be taken on as a student here though, it usually involves a series of battles and swimming tests.
The Gym doubles as a public pool where people can swim with their water type pokemon. Like the Pewter Gym, there is no maze, just a giant swimming pool with a slightly smaller pool for pokemon battles. The battle pool also has multi colored platforms for non swimming pokemon to stand on.
Aquarium
Right next to the gym is the aquarium. It’s P500 to get in, but you can see water pokemon from every region here. The Alolan exhibit is especially popular, as is the Octillery tank. Every Saturday the gym leader, and some of the gym trainers put on a show at the aquarium with the water types. There is a gift shop near the entrance with things like miniature pokemon figures and dolls, informational books, figures based on the Saturday shows, and toys. Basically usual gift shop stuff.
Bike shop
Are you tired of walking everywhere? Are you looking for professional grade bikes that are guaranteed to get you over any terrain faster than walking? Then you have come to the right place! For P1,000,000, you too can own one of these bikes! If that’s too much for you there are once a month promotional deals that bring the price down to P50,000, and vouchers that will get you one for free! The only problem is finding out how to get the vouchers.
Water Lily Park
This is a relaxing park in the heart of Cerulean City. It has a large pond full of water pokemon and water lilies. It also is a common place for picnics and anything that involves enjoying nature on a nice day. There is also a playground on the south east corner of it.
Cerulean Rocket Hideout
It’s a relatively small underground hideout, that uses a specific restaurant as a front. It’s important to Rocket to keep it hidden because this is where plenty of new recruits come, plus it runs all the Mt.Moon operations from here.

Update 14: Route 4
A one-way road down a hill that has a gentle slope and is fun to traverse.
There are ways to make the path two way, it’s just difficult to do. Young and excitable kids and travelers usually find ways back up to the top of the hill for either sledding or bike races. It is recommended that you don’t do either of those things on this route though. Aside from that, it is a nice and easy trip compared to Route 3 and Mt.Moon, and is pretty scenic. So take a breath and enjoy your trip
