Pokemon Scarlet/Violet Online Competition - Terastal Crescendo

A gimmicky online competition will be happening October 10-12th, which is a Double Battle competition where you can only register two Pokemon, and one of them must be Miraidon or Koraidon.

Participating in at least one battle will award a Master Ball, along with 300 each of Dragon, Electric, and Fighting Tera Shards.

Pokemon Scarlet/Violet Tera Raid Event - Mightiest Roaring Moon/Iron Valiant

This week's Tera event is a 7-star raid of Dragon-tera Roaring Moon with the Mightiest Mark in Pokemon Scarlet, and a Fairy-tera Iron Valiant in Pokemon Violet. It goes through October 12th at 23:59 UTC (6:59pm Eastern, 3:59pm Pacific).

Alongside the Mightiest Paradox Pokemon, 5-Star Raids of the other Paradox Pokemon will be running in their respective game (past in Scarlet, future in Violet).

Serial Code Event - Shiny Miraidon/Koraidon

From September 26th-October 15th, serial codes will be distributed for Shiny Miraidon and Shiny Koraidon at GameStop/EB Games in the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, alongside various game stores in Japan.

Japan specifies that you need to show your Home Menu that you have Scarlet and/or Violet to receive the serial code(s). Unsure if this also applies to other regions.

Shiny Miraidon is distributed to Scarlet owners while Koraidon is distributed to Violet owners, giving you easy access to the opposite version's legendary.

In celebration of the community's success in defeating enough Shiny Tera-Fire Chi-Yu, a Shiny Chi-Yu for everybody is being distributed.

There are no codes, so just select Get Via Internet in the Mystery Gift Menu. There's also another gift with Tera Shards aligning with the number of Chi-Yu actually defeated.

As always, Mystery Gifts do not require NSO, so anyone can get it!

To go with the Shiny Chi-Yu, some Fire-types will be mass appearing across the three regions of Scarlet and Violet! This outbreak will last until September 14th (or until you connect to online after that).

Blueberry Academy: Numel

All of these have increased Shiny rates, so get Shiny hunting!

As part of the Pokemon Presents midsummer celebration, a 5-star raid of Fire-tera Shiny Chi-Yu is available to fight! It goes through September 14th, likely at 23:59 UTC (6:59pm Eastern, 3:59pm Pacific), so you have about two weeks to fight it!

Of note, this Tera Pokemon cannot be caught. If, between all players, over a million of this Pokemon are defeated, everyone will receive a code for their own Shiny Chi-Yu, so get to battling!

To tie into the Pokemon World Championships, a Farigaraf based on the one used by Luca Ceribelli in their winning team for the 2024 Pokemon World Championships is being distributed.

As a reminder, Mystery Gift does not require a Nintendo Switch Online subscription, so anyone can download this event!
