I’m glad that Aubry beat Joe and Jonathan, but that was such a disappointing end to a season with so much potential.

So many good players went out early due to ridiculously timed swaps and twists (Q, Genevieve, Colby, Christian, etc), while players like Aubry were able to coast to the end when they should have gone home early in the season.

I’m not saying that an underdog winning is bad, but I feel like Aubry didn’t actually do anything to save herself rather than getting lucky.

For instance, she was at the bottom of her original tribe, and was saved by Kyle getting medically evacuated and two swaps that completely tore apart the main alliance on her tribe.

Her feud with Genevieve was built up as something she would play a large role in, but she was actually voted out due to Christian and Devens. She also let herself get peer-pressured into playing her idol.

She would have gone out in eighth place had Ozzy not blown up his own game (which had nothing to do with her), while Devens, Cirie, and Tiffany would have gone home with or without her input.

Final tribal really just felt like “who do we like the most” instead of “who played the best game”.

Idk, hopefully Survior 51 will be better.

Tbh if the jury gives Aubry their vote bc of her PAST SEASONS... and not her CURRENT GAME PLAY... that defeats the whole point?? Are we going for track record in survivor history or are we going for game play in THIS SEASON? Make a decision

As disappointed as I am to see Cirie go home (she was my winner pick), I don’t understand why people are so mad at the players that voted her out.

At this point, literally anybody would lose if they sat next to Cirie, and they’re playing for $2 million. Why would they not vote her out? Are they supposed to take Cirie to the end just to make the fans happy, knowing that they would lose to her?

I hate to be the person to say this, but Cirie has played essentially the exact same game every time she’s on the show. Her social skills are a level above everyone else, but her poor challenge performance and inability to find advantages leaves her vulnerable to be voted off every season (which is why she’s never won). After playing so many times, she should have been able to improve on other aspects of the game but she just hasn’t. Kind of the opposite of Ozzy now that I think about it.

Idk, I just think that maybe the other castaways don’t deserve this much hate for trying to win (and this is coming from someone who is very disappointed with the final five and the fact that Aubry is probably winning).
