This is a post for all the girls out there thinking that they have to starve themselves, thinking that they can’t eat in front of others, thinking that they have to eat “like a lady”. I say FUCK IT! Seriously! This is what I had for dinner last night, glazed ribs with fries and a big beer. And you know what, I ENJOYED IT! And it didn’t make me fat over night either! Of course you can’t eat like that all the time but you can’t live with nothing but restrictions all the time either. Your body needs to be nourished, but so does your soul! So don’t just eat to be skinny or fit or whatever, eat because you’re happy. Just enjoy life once in a while. It will make you so much happier in the long run, and if you can’t enjoy life and if you can’t enjoy good, then what’s the point of living?
