On every post about this issues with makeup/shaving/cosmetic surgery/etc there’s a million comments that are like “OH BUT ITS OKAY IF YOU LIKE THAT ITS OKAY FOR YOU ITS OKAY” and let’s be real that just regresses the conversation. OP says an important criticism of the culture and then the thread ends with “Wow, so true! But remember sweeties it doesn’t really matter ❤️❤️❤️”. Because of these disclaimers important conversations never get to happen
